Got stuck on a beach in a Jeep of all things tonight in sand while visiting St. Augustine… so I did not know of any reputable towing companies. Jeff saved the day! He was very quick to respond and to troubleshoot our issues. Jeff was very personable, friendly, accurate, and just AMAZING! He truly cared about helping us and making sure that we were good to go once out on the road. Jeff went above and beyond and explained it all so clearly. He is such a blessing to this world! Thank you to Mark and Hunter. After waiting for about six hours for AAA to respond to tow my vehicle, I finally gave up and called ABC towing. Hunter responded in about fifteen minutes and made the vehicle drivable so that I could take it to the repair shop. I’m going to cancel AAA.Thanks.

I was stuck at Costco and called ABC and Mark answered the phone! He was very helpful and was great with replying fast to get me picked up! Cameron showed up with the tow truck super quick, loaded up and taken straight to dealership. Both very nice gentlemen and I’d definitely use them again in the future.

The prices are just unbeatable in my own opinion, they got to me in a timely manner. No one got frustrated with me having to call back, I got to where I needed to go safely. The tow guy was nice and understanding, the whole experience will definitely have me calling again for any future assistance. I am back on the road. Thank you again!!

Awesome service at a super reasonable rate – came right away to help tow my daughter’s car which was leaking oil fast. We were able to get it to the service repair shop quickly. The guy that towed it was a great guy, I didn’t catch his name though, and even guessed the issue (which isn’t part of the service he just knows cars). Getting an emergency tow can be stressful and he made it super easy.

They towed my son’s car after a car accident. When I arrived on scene, they had the car ready to go. The driver was very nice. I was pretty upset and he unknowingly calmed ne down. When we had to go get my sons belongings out of his vehicle, I had no problem. Even after 5pm. Very nice employees!

I’ve done business with then on several occasions and I am very pleased with their service. You tell them whatis needed and it’s done. Prices are great too!!

I got my car stuck on a muddy dirt inclined road in the middle of nowhere. Robert came out and initially couldn’t get the truck on the hill without tipping, so he called 2 other guys and had a total of 3 trucks help get me out. It was incredibly friendly, fast service and very transparent. It was also incredibly cheap and if I ever need a tow again I will undoubtedly call ABC Towing.

Great company…was in a major bind with broken boat trailer on I95 and they got me to safety when nobody else would.

If I could give 10 damn stars I would. The guy who came and towed my car was extremely helpful, more than he was even needed to be. He went out of his way to help me figure out my issue and bring it to a much closer car shop. He could’ve taken nearly 300$ from me for where I was originally taking it. And instead of taking advantage of my situation he helped me get it somewhere closer for only 80$ bucks and they repaired it for way cheaper than what I was quoted elsewhere. His name was Mark, if I remember correctly, not the best with names. Thank you again, yall were amazing and I hope good things come to all of ya, especially the gentleman who helped me.

Got stuck on St Augustine Beach today after my 4WD went out. I tried all I could and could not get out on my own or with the help of a buddy. I ended up calling ABC towing and in no time Jeff was there to help! He took my buried to the frame F-150 and got it out with ease! ABC towing even made sure I made it off the beach without getting stuck again! 10/10 will recommend ABC towing if you ever need them!

My engine started misfiring multiple cylinders on I-95 while I was on my way from Savannah to Orlando. I called ABC Towing and they gave me a 30-45 minute arrival estimate but showed up in just 5 minutes on their way to another drop off. The driver (I believe his name was Jason) was very kind and accommodating and had us at our repair shop in no time. This was my first time getting a tow that wasn’t through a roadside assistance membership and I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was. Highly recommend!

Great service and price as well. Helped a customer make a last mile delivery for an inoperable vehicle. Will definitely use them in the future if such a situation arises and also highly recommend them to anyone in the area in need of their services. Thanks again!

This review is a year late BUT I wanted to make sure everyone knows the service here is THE BEST!! My car broke down on my way home to Anastasia Island (St Augustine) and although all the trucks were out on calls, instead of making me wait, the owner came with his personal hauler and hauled my Tahoe into the service station ( which was closed for the day). Mark made sure to park it out of the way of the other vehicles waiting for service in the morning. He was quick. Professional. Friendly. Provided Excellent Service. If you need a tow, give him a call.

Used this company to tow my Ferrari today in Davis Shores as it needed a service, and they were excellent! Arrived very quickly and the driver (Cameron) was super courteous, extremely professional, and very careful & attentive with the car. I highly recommend using them… I couldn’t be happier with the service!

They messed up my transmission didn’t flip the switch at the bottom messed me up almost 2k

This is an outstanding customer service company they go above and beyond and always answer the phone and make sure that your vehicle is completely taken care of in the travels. I have used them multiple of times I highly recommend you use them.

Driving on 95 North, I experienced a flat tire on my tow behind camper. I tried receiving help, through my insurance carrier, but the wait was very long, and the highway felt dangerous. I called ABC, and within 40 minutes, Charles had arrived, and changed my camper tire! Charles, was so kind and very supportive, as he worked with skill and speed. When finished, he stopped traffic until I could pull out and safely gain speed. Thank you ABC, and Charles.
