I recently had to have my car towed twice in a week. Hunter took care of me the 1st time and Cameron the 2nd time. All I can say is they were both fantastic , considerate and quick to respond. Called Friday at 5:30 and within a half hour the tow truck was there to help. Very friendly on the phone, the man that came to tow my car was helpful, eager to answer all of my questions and a smiling face at the end of a hard day! Will definitely call and use them again if need be.

Well, I just became a victim of the soft sand on St, Aug beach today…I have lived in St. Augustine my whole life and never been stuck on the beach….WOW…Jeff was awesome and pulled me out…thank you so much….

Don’t hesitate to use ABC Towing. The fellow that came for my car was one of the nicest, most competent, most helpful folks I have ever met. He is an ex fire fighter and knows how to handle an 80 year old disabled lady as well as a Hyundai.
I am eternally grateful both to him and to the outfit for which he works.

You guys just pulled us out on the beach. I’ve lived here my whole life and we have never gotten stuck ever!!! The sand on st aug beach is crazy right now and not even drivable for my Jeep. Yall were so kind and quick and helpful. We cant thank you enough!!!!

jeff was great we were on the beach then it started raining and we got stuck and he had us out in 10 minutes highly recommended!!!

Jeff and Joe were incredibly helpful when i got stuck in the sand! Other tow company’s wanted to charge $150 to pull us out – they were by far the most affordable option with fantastic customer service.

Jeff did an amazing job helping pull us out on the beach. We have a large diesel truck that sunk in the soft sand.
He really knew what he was doing, got us out in seconds.

Got stuck on a beach in a Jeep of all things tonight in sand while visiting St. Augustine… so I did not know of any reputable towing companies. Jeff saved the day! He was very quick to respond and to troubleshoot our issues. Jeff was very personable, friendly, accurate, and just AMAZING! He truly cared about helping us and making sure that we were good to go once out on the road. Jeff went above and beyond and explained it all so clearly. He is such a blessing to this world! Thank you to Mark and Hunter. After waiting for about six hours for AAA to respond to tow my vehicle, I finally gave up and called ABC towing. Hunter responded in about fifteen minutes and made the vehicle drivable so that I could take it to the repair shop. I’m going to cancel AAA.Thanks.

I was stuck at Costco and called ABC and Mark answered the phone! He was very helpful and was great with replying fast to get me picked up! Cameron showed up with the tow truck super quick, loaded up and taken straight to dealership. Both very nice gentlemen and I’d definitely use them again in the future.

The prices are just unbeatable in my own opinion, they got to me in a timely manner. No one got frustrated with me having to call back, I got to where I needed to go safely. The tow guy was nice and understanding, the whole experience will definitely have me calling again for any future assistance. I am back on the road. Thank you again!!

Awesome service at a super reasonable rate – came right away to help tow my daughter’s car which was leaking oil fast. We were able to get it to the service repair shop quickly. The guy that towed it was a great guy, I didn’t catch his name though, and even guessed the issue (which isn’t part of the service he just knows cars). Getting an emergency tow can be stressful and he made it super easy.
